Montana
Not only does Montana not have any mandates regarding the instruction of climate change in classrooms, but in 2023 a bill was introduced in Senate that would have restricted educators in what they would have been able to discuss in regards to climate change. It appears as though Montana is moving away from where they should be headed, and has made no effective progress thus far.
