Environmental History Timelines

Environmental issues are deeply interconnected with social and racial issues in the United States. These timelines are not an exhaustive list of the numerous environmental injustices that have taken place in the US, but they serve as a starting point for students to explore the history, understand the connections and start a conversation on environmental and climate justice.
