Wisconsin

Wisconsin already has a framework in place for teaching climate change, and has introduced a number of bills into senate in order to broaden the scope of climate change education in the state (though none have passed). Though change must be enacted for them to truly make progress, Wisconsin shows the willingness to educate their youth on climate change and are making strides.
