Hawaii

Hawaii follows the Next Generation Science as a framework for teaching climate change in schools. Beyond this, they have adopted HR134 which calls for a greater emphasis to be placed on climate change education and preparing students for the green economy. Hawaii has demonstrated that they are committed to educating their students on climate change and actively making sure they are prepared for our changing world.
