Earth Day Network Releases Leadership Guide
In just 45 years, Earth Day Network has accumulated over one billion people in 192 countries to come together to celebrate Earth Day and now It’s Our Turn to Lead.
Earth Day Network has released its Leadership Guide. This resource facilitates individuals and communities to plan memorable Earth Day events. With suggestions from tree planting to eco-fairs, this toolkit provides a cohesive theme for the thousands of events that will occur for Earth Day. The events will call on leaders to answer step up and act on climate.
The events and their attendees will also be counted as an Act of Green, part of Earth Day Network’s A Billion Acts of Green global initiative.
Earth Day Network will also release its Faith-based Toolkit, Climate Education Toolkit, University Toolkit, and Global Day of Conversation Toolkit in preparation for Earth Day April 22, 2015.
