We hope you will join us on April 20-22, 2012 for Earth Day on the National Mall.
Many exhibits will open on Friday April 20 and Saturday April 21 to take advantage of general Mall visitor traffic during this busy weekend. Earth Day Network’s large-scale event will take place on Sunday, April 22 from 11 AM to 7 PM. As in the past, the event will feature top-notch musical entertainment, celebrity appearances and speeches from civic and environmental leaders.
National and global media will cover the event. It will also be live streamed. Huge crowds are expected to attend. The theme of Earth Day on the National Mall 2012 is Mobilize the Earth. Be there!

Donate a Booth to an NGO
Adding a booth donation to your order will enable a non-profit organization who does not have the money to participate in Earth Day on the National Mall to receive a booth from your entity as a donation. All donations are tax deductible.

General Exhibitor Package Information
Standard 10x10 booths include tenting, a 6’ x 3’ table, printed name signage, two chairs and access to bio-diesel power. Internet is by request.
All exhibitors will be prominently listed in the Earth Day on the National Mall online program. Additional benefits are available per fee negotiation.
Non-Profit and Government Exhibitor Packages
NGO, Embassy and Government Agency discounted pricing is available.
Multiple Booth Exhibits
Exhibitors may order multiple 10' x 10' booths. Simply increase the number of booths in your cart until you reach your desired booth dimensions, e.g., create a 10' x 40' booth by purchasing 4 booths. Multiple booths purchased in the same transaction will be slotted contiguously.

Earth Day on the National Mall Booth License Terms and Conditions
All booth applications are subject to approval by EDN. All exhibits must comply with National Park Service regulations. In the event an exhibit license application is declined, EDN will notify the applicant and refund any payment made.
EDN shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation of the event(s) due to force majeur.
